About Z's Bike Fix · Ottawa

It started in a garage.

Now it has a storefront, a blue wall of parts, and a dog on quality control. We still fix bikes the same way: pull up, watch the work, ask anything.

How the shop got built

We built it ourselves.

Before there was a counter, there was a bare room. Drywall, plywood, a saw and a lot of measuring. Every bench and wall in the shop got put up by hand, so it is set up the way we actually work.

Come on in.

The shop is small on purpose. The repair stands are right up front, so you can see what is happening to your bike and ask about it while it happens. No mystery, no jargon, no pressure.
